1.- INTRODUCTION


This privacy policy is developed according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April (GDPR), and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD) and aims to inform the holders of personal data of the specific aspects relating to the processing of their data, such as, the purposes of the processing, contact details to exercise their rights, the periods of conservation of the information and the security measures among other things.

3.- DATA PROCESSING


The personal data requested, where applicable, will consist only of those data that are strictly necessary to identify and deal with the request made by the owner of the data. This information will be processed according to the provisions of the legislation in force. On the other hand, personal data will be collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and will not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with those purposes.


The data collected from each interested party shall be adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the corresponding purposes for each case, and shall be updated whenever necessary.


The data subject shall be informed, prior to the collection of their data, of the general matters regulated in this policy so that they can grant express, clear and unequivocal consent for the processing of their data, in accordance with the following terms.

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations foreseen to perform the processing are:


Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications to be made. These communications will be carried out by Digimv and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers, with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.


To process orders, requests, answer queries or any type of request made by the User through any of the means of contact made available on the Digimv website, or any other type of interaction between Digimv and the interested party.


3.2.- LEGITIMATION


The processing will always be carried out on the grounds of legitimacy provided for in art. 6 of the GDPR as follows:


With the express consent of the User by accepting this Privacy Policy prior to the submission of data collected in any form established for this purpose by Digimv or by including their data in any contract signed by the User with Digimv.


3.3.- COMMUNICATION / RECIPIENTS


Digimv does not proceed to the transfer or communication of data to third parties, except for those legally required, however, if necessary, such transfers or communications of data will be informed to the interested party through the informed consent clauses contained in the different channels of personal data collection.


3.4.- DATA RETENTION PERIODS


The information collected from the data subject will be kept for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data were collected, so that, once the purpose has been fulfilled, the data will be cancelled. Said cancellation will lead to the blocking of the data, which will only be kept at the disposal of the Public Administrations and Courts of Justice, in order to address any possible liabilities arising from the processing, during the period of its statute of limitation, after which time the data will be destroyed.


4.- RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT


Data protection regulations grant a range of rights to data subjects or data owners, users of the website or users of Digimv's social network profiles.


These rights granted to interested parties are as follows:


The right to withdraw consent at any time.

Right of access, rectification, portability and suppression of your data, and to limit or oppose its processing.

The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if data owner consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

Digimv guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
